PRE License sponsorship License rejection. Error correction

Hi All,

I am in Tier 2 ICT dependent visa working for an employer almost 1 year. My employer submitted sponsorship license and it rejected due to labour test. However they have submitted sponsorship license after labour test only. Not sure the exact reason for the error. They have again advertised and reprocessing same application again. I have visa till end of next month. My employer said they will get sponsorship license by end of next month. I am not sure how long to process pre license error correction form.

I am very panic considering my current situation. Can you please let me know if anyone faced similar situation like me?
