U.K Tier 2 ICT dependent to Tier2 General

Hi Boarders/Moderators/SME's

I am currently in UK on Tier 2 ICT LT visa since May 2017 . My spouse is a physiotherapist on a dependent visa
1) Can she work in UK once she has hcpc registration for her profession?
2) Can she switch to a Tier 2 general visa and ultimately get a ILR?
3) If spouse gets a Tier 2 general visa then, Can I become a dependent and work in UK as a contractor?
