Biometrics letter timeline for non EEA PR.

Good morning to all,
I need help regarding my biometrics letter hopefully anyone will definitely assist me.I am non EEA ex family member of European I applied PR on 10 of march 2017 got confirmation of email on 26 of April with case ID.I emailed eurobiometrics for biometrics letter got email back stating they have louds of applications and they are deploying more to minimise this and as soon as they have more information they will get back to me.today it is exactly 2 and half months after sending my application now but haven't got biometrics letter.Please if anyone have same situation share your timeline here.
