Hello,
Please am just wondering if i can and how to seek refund for visa fee and health surcharge....
I applied for FLR(M)......since Oct 2015.... but no decision yet.
By May 27th , I will be 10yrs legally. I have already booked a premium service for set(LR) for next week.
So my question since i am varying my application, I am eligible for refund of the visa fee and health surcharge paid for FLR(M)......And if yes how...

Hello,
I had my appointment today at Liverpool Premium service center.
I varied my initial application from FLR(M) to set (LR) as i am 10 yrs on May 27th.
But the case worker told me he cant decide as he will have to request my docs and passports from relevant department.
My initial visa fees and health surcharge was refunded...#
Pls how long does it takes to get decision. Thanks..

My brother varied his application from SET(O) to SET(LR), but they have taken fees for the varied application as well. What is the procedure for get refund for his 2nd application?

He got his biometric letter yesterday for SET(LR) application. Can he get refund for his previous application? Please let me know.

I think refund is automatic. I did not asked. As soon as they accepted my variation he just told me he is processing my visa fee and surcharge refund....

I don't think it is automatic because one of my friend still waiting for his payment even after sending numerous request@ profola
