Advice on switching from tier 4 to tier 2

Post by aminrahman » Thu May 25, 2017 11:25 am

This is my first post and hoping some can can kindly advise me .

I came to UK in 2009 as a tier 4 student dependant since my wife was studying here under Tier 4 . While holding the dependant visa I completed a 4 years long graduation degree from a UK University . Then I got a job and was sponsored by a tier 2 sponsor , but then the company's tier 2 licence was revoked and I switched my tier 2 visa category to a tier 4 student at a college (not University) . My course duration was 11 Month and I am almost finishing this diploma course . I was given 13 month visa under this tier 4 .Now this visa is about to expire .

My question is if I am offered a job and sponsorship can I make an in country application to have my new visa under tier 2 ?

Please some one help me .

Thanks in advance

Amin
