My husband sponsored my sisters visit to uk . we applied on 17th of may and got call to collect the passport on 25th may. they never called my husband to confirm about sponsor. my sister is single and works as a teacher. she earns 23000. she used to take money out to pay for saving (committee system saving ,i don't know if any of u have heard of it) and the got lump sum back and she put in her account. that is 2 lacs in rupees . and my mother is also a headmistress of same school and also give private tuition and earn around 65000 from her job which she has proof on her bank statement and around 40000 from tuition. now the reason for refusing the visa they gave is saying why are their funds in the bank that we cant explain. again that from savings as we dont have any property on my parents or sisters name in Pakistan. in a covering letter my husband explained that he will bear all the travel costs and costs for her stay . still they have refused saying that my sister is only leaving 1000 rs for her livings. how is she gonna pay £1500 for her travel even though we explained that we will pay. they also explained that they cant clarify that my sister has strong ties with her country. i am going through IVF in July and want to call someone to look after me as husband works full time and want to make sure i am taking full rest as its really critical. i have attached the forms. is there anyway i can reapply and make sure she gets her visa. this is what the letter read:
"I have refused your application for a visit visa because i am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of paragraph because:
**- You have applied to travel to the united kingdom for 2 months and 3 days to visit your family . you state that you are employed as a teacher for Narowal public school since November 2016 and your monthly income is PKR 23,00(3166.629) to support this you have provided an employment letter, payslips and a copy of your bank statement. I note that you state you receive no additional income from another sources. The bank statement provided demonstrates multiple deposits which do not reflect your claimed income and it is unclear as to where these funds have originated from. I am not satisfied that your bank statement is a true reflection of your own circumstances in Pakistan at the moment. Furthermore you state that each month you spend PKR 22,00(159.385) which suggest you have a disposable income of PKR 1000( £7.24475) yest you state that your visit for UK will cost PKR 200000 (£1448.95) and that no one will pay for your cost other than yourself. i don't find it credible that you would allocate over 200th times your claimed disposable income on your visit to the UK. Furthermore you state you are single with no one dependent on you at this time, i am therefore not satisfied that you have sufficient ties to Pakistan.
**- Given all of this i am not satisfied your circumstances are as you have indicated, nor therefore of your intentions in wishing to travel to UK now. i am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry as a general visitor for a limited period as stated by you, not exceeding 6 months, nor am i satisfied that you intend to leave the united kingdom at the end of the period of the visit as stated by you.
