Quick Question - Easy for those in the know

Post by Ramsay » Mon Feb 04, 2008 4:51 pm

I know third party support is not allowed for a Spouse visa but is it allowed on a Fiancee visa, and if so, does it complicate things?

I presume my job of £1450 a month would be ok but savings are limited. My parents would be willing to let us stay in their house while I build up a bit of savings and look for a flat.

Cheers in advance

3rd party maintenance support may not be allowed for married couples. However, 3rd party accommodation support is still acceptable, provided you have exclusive use of at least a bedroom and the accommodation is not overcrowded.
