Early extension

Post by shric » Sat May 27, 2017 4:40 pm

Hi,
I looked through the FAQ here
indefinite-leave-to-remain/faqs-for-ilr ... 99638.html
and was a little confused on the qualifying period start.

1. I came to the UK, while holding HSMP on Feb 17 2013 (entry more than 90 days from approval due to other circumstances)
2. Then applied for an extension/switch into Tier-1 General, since I has sufficient earnings/points on Feb 26th 2013 at PEO. Got 2 year extension valid until Feb 26th 2015.
3. Then applied for another extension (as per recommendation within 28 days of expiry) on on Feb 6 2015.
Got a 3 year extension, however with an expiry date of 3yrs + date of application (not expiry date of current visa) of Feb 6 2018

My question was, would my qualifying period start on Feb 17 or Feb 26th (since I switched into Tier-1 on this date) and would I be able to apply for ILR within 28 days of Feb 6/17/26 2018?

Thanks in advance.

Never mind, got the answer and seems official enough.
