Unmarried Partner Visa

Post by hannahmd8775 » Sat May 27, 2017 10:03 pm

Hi I would like to query if there is any chance for my visa to be approved if I apply this July 2017 for an Unmarried partner Visa, if the proof I have for being with my partner started in November 2015 tenancy agreement under our names? We started living together around July in my place which is a shared house so he was not included in the original tenancy agreement and we decided to look for a house together by around Sept and got our own place around November 2015. So basically we are short of 4 months proof of living together under our names. Is it possible to explain about the gap in living together and what is the chance of my application being approved? Thanks in advance for your response.

Doubt it, very strict visa this one, I should know we had one, very 2008 and it was very strict then, be even stricter now.
