Start date of employee on RTI

hi i apply on 28 April but i haven't given my bio matrices so far my question is one of my employee start working in April 2014 as a part time and he become full time employee in October 2015 to October 2016 which is 13 month now point will be claimed for October 2015 to October 2016 and all the RTI is been sent for the same month do i still need to sent the first RTI which mention the employee start.
i have also sent them p45 for the same employee, all the payslips, p60, P11, his pasport and other identity documents and employment contract which also have sign and date when the employment was started.
Please give me suggestion as i have few days left to give my bio matrices would they accept additional document after the bio matrices

RTI with employee start is MUST to claim points.

can i send additional document after bio metrics or is it has to be before bio matrices

Better send everything with application but documents submitted during the process can also be considered before or after biometrics as per previous posts.

You should send it to the Sheffield team.
It is necessary to provide the FPS with the start date for extension.
P11/contracts will not be accepted in place of the FPS.
