Hi guys i have been clearly discriminated against by an ECO. i got refused for the secoond time yesterday. I made my first application to join my father and and submitted supporting documents including birth certificate but refused based on regulation 7 and that the ECO is not satisfied i am a family member of an eea national and the eco suggested i present DNA test results proving he is my father.
I submitted my second application on 8 may with a DNA test results from LGC proving that he is my father together with money transfer receipts since i am a dependent child. The eco acknowledged the DNA test but surprisingly the ECO this time considered my application under regulation 8(2)(extended family members ) instead of regualtion 7(family members) and refused my application that he is not satisfied that i am an extended family member.
How can i be an extended family member when i have submitted a DNA test results proving the eea national is my father and then you consider my application under regulation 8(2) instead of regulation 7 as the first ECO did in my first application.
This decision is very discriminatory and need your. Thanks
