Dependant visa query

Hi Guys,

I hold a Tier 2 visa from my employer and my husband is planned to join me on dependant visa. we applied for his dependant visa as high priority dependant visa from Pune, India 4 weeks ago. 3 weeks back we recived a query from the Sheffields office and we responded on the query within a few hours.
Its now been 3 weeks and there is no update on the visa from UK sheffields office. VFS is unable to provide any update as well and we are getting worried about the same.

have any of experienced this? any way to find visa status?

Hi Vibhuti,

It does happen, you don't need to worry.

I was in the same situation more than a year ago.

If you read the very first email (acknowledgement email from Home Office), I think they do mention about not emailing them before a specified time.

If you go to:

https://ukvi-international.faq-help.com/

select appropriate country, click next and then select E-Mail Form and complete as instructed.

Hopefully you will get back an answer with in a day or so.
