Stay after visa rejection

Hi ,

I have a query,


My Tier 2 visa expires on July 22nd 2017. I am planning to drop Tier 1 Application in the meanwhile. Incase my visa gets rejected after July 22nd . Will I be given notice of 22 days to leave the country?. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Hi ,

I need help with an enquiry,

I completed three years of stay on Tier 2 General Visa,

I am switching to Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa. Inorder to complete 5 years mixing both Tier 2 and Tier 1 . What are the other requirements? Do I need to employee 3 or 10 ? As the rules say If an individual stays 5 years legally they are eligible. In that sense would it be 3 employees?

You are unable to combine time on Tier 2 with Tier 1 Entrepreneur to qualify for ILR under the 5 year route. This is only possible if applying for ILR under10 years long residence.
