Complain to Home Office

Has anyone ever complained to the Home Office? What was the reason for your complaint? What was the outcome?

I am seriously considering complaining due to the nature of the refusal we recently received. Not because we were refused, but because they literally didn't take any of our evidence into account.

We sent a complaint for similar reasons to the Complaints Allocation Hub in Croydon on 21st May. No substantial response yet. They aim to reply within 20 working days.
