renewing license - any documents needed

Hello

I had a quick question regarding license renewals as we will be doing ours soon and hopefully those who have done it before can help answer this. Do we just have to pay the renewal fee or do we need to submit supporting documents again like our annual accounts? When we got the license we got it as a small company and not much has changed since that four years ago, so I was just wondering if we are going to need to gather anything to support that.
