Hi all,
i recently applied enterprenuer extension i have full fill all requirement and my employee are still continue and one of my employee want to gobon maternity leave as my bussiness is small and accountant said employee can claim fron gov. and you will receive her pay into your account from Gov. but i am confused will it create anybprblm when i apply for ILR IF I GET EXTENSION NOW . will maternity period employement count as full or part time settle worker in Uk. As according to UKBa website to qualify to ILR you have to create more two full time jobs . if i receive employee claimed maternitybpay into my account and then i pay he it will look likemy company having benefit from Gov. plz suggest me

It's a normal procedure so there is nothing to worry about Singh jee.
You can either claim at the end of the year or you can ask your employee to claim by herself.
