Coming back to UK when visa is expiring soon

Post by viraam123 » Thu Jun 01, 2017 10:59 am

Hello everyone,

My 5 year daughter is on a dependent visa of my husband which is due to expire on 11th September 2017.

I am planning to go to India with my daughter in end of July for 15 days ( so probably coming back near 15th August 2017). Since her visa will be expiring after one month (on 11th sep), does anyone know that can it create some problem? Will immigration officers not let her enter in to country as visa is expiring soon (though it is still valid at present).

Many thanks for your answers please.

There won't be an issue with entering if her visa is still valid.
