Tier2 ICT dependent to Tier 4 switch

Hi

I have few questions on the Tier2 ICT dependent to Tier 4 switch..

I am working in UK on Tier2 ICT and my spouse would like to do her phd in UK.

I believe she should go back to her home country and apply - please confirm.

My questions:

1. If my wife get the CAS and complete her Tier 4 visa and arrives UK. Can I move myself from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 4 Dependent from UK itself -( as I am working here) (or) should I go back to my home country and do it?

2. If my spouse get her CAS for working for minimum hours -- Should this implies the same to Dependents (or) they can work 40 hours a week ?

3. will there be any restriction for me to work ? as I will be working in my Tier2 ICT and once it is completed I can move to Tier 4 (or) should I go back and come after 1 year to work ?
