Tier 1(G) - Dependent: BRP of previous PSW visa lost

I am about to make my application for Tier 1 (G) PBS dependent extension via post.

I have doubt about following 2 questions:

Section H, In this section provide the details of ANY BRPs that you have previously been issued.
H1: Do you have a BRP?
H2: Provide the details.

Background:
- I was in the UK as a student in 2009
- Got a BRP with my PSW visa in 2011
- Went back to India in 2012 after which my visa expired
- Came back to the UK as PBS dependent in 2014, with visa valid through June 2017.
- Applying for extension now

I currently do not have the BRP of my previous PSW visa. As the form asks to provide details of ANY previous BRPs, what should I do?

Should I mention in this form that I had a BRP which is now lost?
or Should I mention that I do not have any previous BRPs (as the BRP concerned, is not related to this visa at all)?
