Permanent Residence application questions!!!

Hello, I am about to apply online for my permanent residence after being in UK for 5y 5m and working here for 5y 3m. :roll:
1. They ask about earning on average. If i was on 0 hour contract and my earning were up and down through 40+ months of employment do i need to add all months up and just count out average per month through out this time?

2. Should I explain to them separate that I was on 0 hour contract and was working mostly through term times which was roughly 8-9m per year part time? So that they understand my situation better.

3. My old training provider has closed the branch in my town should i put next closest town or their headquarters address?

4. Do i need to put down level 3 first aid training? It was only 12 hour training.

5. They ask how much I receive in Child and work tax credits per month. DO i need to look at the current award for this tax year or previous year? And in section Working tax credits do i need to put down childcare costs?- Tax credits award always separates this two even though they come both under Working tax credits

6. For the first 2 years of my employment I was working full time so i do not have any issues there but after 2 years of working for agency I got job with another company on zero hour contract (18+h per week normally but only for around 8-9 months per year as is college). I took on level 3 apprenticeship and worked part time as I was expecting a baby. After few months I left agency work and continued only with new company till I went on maternity leave. I was not entitled to maternity pay as i started work pregnant so i received highest rate of maternity allowance. After 12 month of maternity leave i returned to part time job on zero hour contract. I finished apprenticeship and took on another level 3 training in management still working part time. after one year I signed full time contract with same company and now I work full time and finished second level 3 training and work as a level 3 Early Years Practitioner with level 3 in management. Can they potentially refuse me based on working part-time even though I was pregnant and then had child under age of 2? Through out I was living with my husband who was obviously also supporting family financially together with me.
