Hi , I am currently in UK and going back to India for VISA extension ( Currently, I hold short term Tier 2 ICT staff Migrant ). The VISA is company sponsored and will now be Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff Migrant category.



I have one specific question for both mine and my wife's VISA application :
DOES YOUR SPOUSE / PARTNER CURRENTLY LIVE WITH YOU?

The situation is that currently my wife is in India and I am in UK- so for 'her' VISA application , shall I answer this as 'no'? If no, shall I give my UK address? The problem is at the time application I will be in India and living with her, so I am technically not in UK . Confused , as in that case I should mark this as 'Yes'?

Same question applies for my VISA application as well. Shall I answer it as 'no' and give my wife's India address?

Appreciate if someone can guide on this.
