Help!! Proof of financial requirement for family visa!

Hi all, I'm new to this so please bear with me.

My salary does meet the financial requirement for the family visa. I have 11 months worth of payslips as well.

I have 2 bank accounts (a savings and a current). I use my current account on a regular basis and usually have my wages going into that one. I only transfer lump sums into my savings account (money goes in and i don't spend a penny of it).

The problem is that my bank/employer incorrectly deposited my wages into my savings account (something which i realised much later).

My question is can i still submit the saving account statements as evidence of income despite having no money leaving the account? Or will it look fraudelent as it doesn't indicate that i can maintain myself?

Hi...my salary is 21k and i have savings of 15k in my account. The money isn't the issue...it's whether i can use the savings bank statement as evidence despite the fact that i haven't spent any of it.

Yes you can. Any source of funds, you can use in your application.
