Hello All,

I am in the process of making an application for the confirmation of my permanent residency status as a non-EEA spouse of an EEA national. My residence card expires next month.

In some parts of the five year qualifying period of 2012-2017 my spouse and I lived separately, her bank statement and P60s of 2013 and 14 are different addresses from mine.

Please can I know if this will have a negative effect on my application and what i should do.
