Tier 2 General Visa- SOC and with Appropriate Salary

Hi All

I would like your thoughts and suggestions on my two questions.

I have been recruited by a UK firm as "Software Developer" and i have received my COS, and in the Salary has been stated as 35500 for 37.5 working hours weekly , on the SOC code of 2136 Programmers and software development professionals....the Experienced salary which is mentioned is 31100.
I would like to know is there any issues with COS and the appropriate salary.

I have been given COS in Tier 2 ICT visa twice before on the COS salary was 33100, and 36200 respectively...

Anything to worry on the same?
