Fiance Visa

Post by sprinter1000 » Tue Jun 06, 2017 1:01 pm

Hi,

My Mexican fiance and i are in the process of applying for a visa after a four year relationship. Please can you help by confirming the following questions ;

1) My fiance should apply for the "visa type"; Settlement> Visa Type; Settlement> Subtype; Marriage?

2) Does she require an A1 Level English test or has this changed to a B1?

3) As she is applying from Mexico can i e-mail her my birth cerificate, passport details, etc. Or are only original documents allowed?

Kind Regards,

David Blunt

Hi,

My fiance has to book an A1 IELTS course in Mexico City for her Fiance visa. She has sent me through a list of available dates in Mexico City. Does she require the Module General Training or the Module Academic?

Kind Regards,

David Blunt
