I’ve been in the UK since 2003; moved here as a 9 year old with my family. However since 2003 up to now, I do not have a comprehensive sickness insurance card. I have also obtained a residence document; a form of registration certificate back in December 2011; but not the actual PR card, which I am looking to apply for now; however I cannot apply as I do not have a comprehensive sickness insurance card.
My other route is to apply as a dependent on my father's applicant for the period 2011-2016; where he was working.
My only issue is I am 22 now, does that mean I cannot rely on my father's applicant since you have to be under 21?
During the period of 2011-2016; I was dependent on my father; for example, living with family, father was paying rent, bills and expenses etc. if anything; I only ever moved out for just the 1 year for University purposes but moved back for the final two years of my undergraduate degree; and when moving back, I had a part time retail job. I was still financially reliant on my father; despite the help of student finance.
My question is, taking this all this into account; can I apply for a PR dependent on my father without the reliance of providing comprehensive sickness insurance card?
