change of employers and RMLT

hi,
i came in UK on tier 4 visa as a student. last year i changed it to pharmacy trainee tier 2 visa. at this time i did not have to do labour market test because i had completed Masters in Uk. Now, as i am about to pass the pharmacy exam here. i need to change my employer who can sponsor me tier 2 visa. this will change my job status and the SOC code as well
Do the new employers need to conduct labour market test? Can you please provide me a link ?
