Hi All,
I wonder if some one could help me on this issue.
I am currently under 3C because of a pending appeal of my spouse Visa application refusal last year, no hearing date yet. My wife is a settled person in UK, she is pregnant and due in late july. And the timing made it almost certain that the kid will be born in the UK before the hearing. So my parents would like to come to visit us and would like to see their first grand-kid born. They have been here before, almost every year in the past 4 years. They will stay at our own house during the stay. Their visa is expiring so need to apply a new Tourism (Family Visiting) Visa.
My question is,
1. Do my parents will need to provide my detail in their Visa application form?
2. If 1 is yes, what detail do they need to provide? ID wise, Is Passport number enough? I do not have my BRP card/visa. I do have a driving licence with my home address.
3. If 2 is passport numbe only, will the ECO check my detail and refuse my parents because they can not see that I have a valid Visa? Not expecting them to know what 3C is.
4. Any suggestion that they could avoid this complication during the application?
Many thanks if any one have a clue. By the way, I am lucky enough still have my full time job in a respectable company at the moment as because of my 3C leave.
