ILR Eligibility Confirmation Required

Hi,

I am in Tier 2 General VISA.

My Visa start date is 27/06/2012 but date of entry to UK is 22/07/2012.Please confirm if I am eligible for ILR application in regards to continues period of stay?

I am taking 27/06/2012 to calculate the total eligibility period and it's coming as 4 years, 11 months, 11 days including the end date as per below

Correct however the period spent between visa issue date and the arrival date is counted towards the 180 days absence limit.
