Paypal Option Does not appear in Visa Fee Payment

hi All,

I am trying to make the fee payment for my uk visa and I do not see an option of payment thru paypal. Is it just me, or is the paypal option not yet there in Visa fee payment process?

I see - Master Card, Visa , skrill payment options.

Appreciate if someone could help.
