Spouse visa

Post by Prachi G » Wed Jun 07, 2017 7:10 am

Hi all. My spouse visa was refused in Jan 2017.
I overstayed unintentionally as my visa was under process but visa got refused and they said the reason was me overstaying.
Anyways want to reapply. Waiting for husbands- British citizens financial documents to arrive. I will apply in Mumbai.
I want advice on what is success rate for my application?? What documents do I need besides husbands bank details as I am in India now.

Can you post the exact reasons for the refusal , after removing any personal details? Does the refusal state that you were refused under 302(11) or 320(7b)?

A Spouse Settlement visa doesn't stand to be refused under the Immigration Rules if the applicant has overstayed without any other aggravating circumstances.
