Dear Sir/Madam,
We applied for our daughter's ilr from India as she was born in India and both of us are on ilr. We sent a self addressed envelope but could not put stamps as we were in India at the time. Dhl had said that they will be able to collect it afterwards. Now we have received daughter's ilr however all original documents including land registry original etc is with home office. I am trying to get it delivered to India through dhl. It has been impossible to get any info from home office or vfs regarding the collection address. Is this the same address that we sent the originals to which is post box 5852 Sheffield s11ofx.
Also dhl is asking for an email that they can contact them. Again this has been impossible to get such an id as they can be contacted through website but they email from a no reply address.
I would be grateful for any guidance. Thank you.
