Post by lady_danger » Wed Jun 07, 2017 2:36 pm

Please can you assist me ,my daughter came to the Uk in 2003 when she was 6 she in now 19 years . my visa was refused in 2005 we overstayed and then made an application in 2009 and granted DLR in 2012 and 2015 and will apply for ILR next year 2018 .
I wanted to know if she can apply for Naturalistaion instead of ILR since she has been in the UK for over ten years and her overstaying was my fault not hers

Probably. As she is over 18, use separate form?
