continuity of residence

Post by farenheit » Wed Jun 07, 2017 4:37 pm

Hello,
I wonder if anyone can please advise me.
I am a UK citizen living in Germany with my non EU spouse for 2 years and and am now applying for EEA fp via SS route. I'm self employed and registered/resident here etc but in January we took a 3 month vacation overseas. So no work/income for that period. My question is will this disqualify me, or will the last 2 years be considered if I can provide (some) invoices and bank statements for that period?
Thanks
