BIometric Card - ILR

Hi all,

Applied for ILR via 5 years under Tier 2 on 5/5/17.

Attended the premium service centre, application was accessed and approved on 5/5/17.

On the approval letter state that the biometric card will be sent in 2 weeks.

Been more than a month now since approval, have lodged a non receipt of biometric card and apart from an acknowledgement of this request, no further update.

Anyone else applied premium and how long before you receive your card?
