RC instead of CSI ?

HI i need some advice please with my case .
i am Swedish national came to uk in 2012 was doing a part time job 3 days a week was a student as well with the student finance loan for 2 years and got the RC in 2012 as well my husband is a full time .
do i need CSI ? if i obtained the RC AND WORKING PART TIME TO APPLY FOR MY PR.
PLEASE ANY ADVICE WILL BE GREAT THANK YOU.

If your husband was an EU national during the period and not a British citizen, you can qualify on the basis of his being a 'qualified person' by being a worker.

If you've been working 3 days a week for five years, that should also have gained you permanent residence; CSI would not be needed. Such a claim might be disputed if you were not paying national insurance on your earnings.
