Are spouse docs needed to apply ILR THROUGH DLR (6 years)

Post by Allis1977 » Thu Jun 08, 2017 4:49 am

hi all,
I got married to a British citizen in 2011 and got DLR for 3 years expiring on 3rd October 2014,then for further extension I submitted my application with all my relevant docs.
I also submitted my spouse and in my name joint bills etc with an attested copy of my spouse British passport
with my application,i was given another 3 years dlr expiring 2017 in October.
Now i'm asking that whether I will need my spouse British passport with my application or not as I have got all other docs in our joint name eg council tax biil, water bills etc ,or it is must to send my spouse passport with my application again?
many thanks
