ILE EXPIRATION DATE

Post by Erebus » Thu Jun 08, 2017 10:20 pm

Hello good day/eve ma'am/sir,

I really need a help and thank you in advance. I would like to ask regarding my Visa Indefinite to Enter the UK ; settlement to join parent(s). I am a Filipino 20 years old and my Mum is a British Citizen by naturalisation. My ILE Visa said its only valid until 02 September 2017 same month as my Philippine's passport expiration date. I have already applied for my new Philippine's passport last 19 May 2017. I have looked on the gov.uk website regarding Visa. I was planning to apply for NTL Visa but I just get married last November 2016 and it is requirement that I should show Marriage Certificate and My New passport because of circumstances changed (Get Married). My passport will be arrived 8-12 weeks and my Marriage Certificate will arrived here on the 2nd week of July because it is from the Philippines. (Sorry for my bad english, hoping that you could understand) My questions are:

(i): Do I really need to apply for NTL ILR Visa as soon as possible before my ILE Visa expired or I could do it even tho after 02 September 2017?

(ii): Am I going to be deported because of my Visa will get expired?

(iii): What trouble will happened to me if I didn't made to apply before my ILE Visa get expired?

Thank you very much!!

Kind Regards,
Mark
