50k Investment made in multiple parts over the 3 years

Hi Zimba,

I would like to ask you that if I have made 50K investment in atleast 25 to 30 parts over the 3 years, how should I show the director loan? I mean to say should I have only one director loan agreement or multiple director loan agreement on individual dates when the investment was made? Thanks

The guidance says what is the minimum that should be there. All the rest is purely up to you.

You can have one or 50 agreements. Each of them should meet the criteria below

This agreement must show:
 the terms of the loan;
 any interest that is payable;
 the period of the loan; and
 that the loan is unsecured and subordinated in favour of third-party creditors.
