How to change Dependant visa to some visa that allows work

I am on Tier 2 ICT long term dependent visa, I want to know the possibilities to change visa from this dependency to some other visa type which allows me to work in the UK even without main applicant.

Then you would have apply for entry clearance from home country as the main applicant.
