FLR(M) form confusion

Hello, this is my first post on this forum. So apologies if I am posting this in the wrong index.

I need some help in filling FLR(M) form.

6.6 Do you and your sponsor currently live together. (YES)

6.9 If relevant, have you lived together permanently in the UK with your sponsor since your last grant of limited leave to remain as a partner? (It is our first apply for FLR(M), so I take it as irrelevant and will leave as blank.)

Applicants who answered yes to question 6.6 and have completed question 6.7, 6.8 and 6.9, proceed to question 6.16 (Shall I go to 6.16 or 6.10? I have answered YES for 6.6 and completed 6.7, 6.8 but leave 6.9 as it is irrelevant)

If I have to go to 6.10, the following questions seems very confusing as we are currently living together in UK. Please help me for these.

6.10 Why do you not currently live with your sponsor? Please provide details
6.11 Have you ever lived with your sponsor within or outside of the UK?
6.12 Could you and your sponsor live together outside the UK if necessary?
6.13 How often do you see (meet) your sponsor?
6.14 When did you last see your sponsor?
