CoS start date and travel date HELP!

I have submitted my application and required documents last Thursday and now I have been reading this in the Tier 2 guidance : "However, your intended travel date can be no later than 14 days after the start date
of your CoS."

My start date on COS is 05 june 2017 and my intended travel date is 28 june 2017. I cannot change anything as I already submitted my application. Do you think they will refuse my application just because of that?? I am so worried!!
