Hello,

I am Indian and in UK on ICT Tier-2. My family is also here as PSB dependent.

My wife is overseas qualified trained teacher from India. She is planning to work as teacher in UK but she needs to hold QTS (qualified teacher status) to work as teacher in UK. Currently she applied 1 year teacher training course to get QTS status.

I would like to know that may I apply her Tier-4 (student visa) after getting confirmation of acceptance for studies (CAS)? Can we apply it with UK or need to apply from home country?
