Travel on temporary permit while awaiting for RC

Hi Guys

Is it possible to travel for non-EEA family members outside EU, (without accompanying with EU Citizen) for few days & come back while awaiting for RC decision?
Family member has got temporary sticker in the passport & awaiting for RC decision.
EU citizen will be continuing to reside in the EU host state.

Yes. Immediate family members of EU Citizen
