So after 6 years I start the final application for my British Citizenship and passport. Hoping Immigration Boards can help me one last time.
In the passport application, Section 5. There is a question.
"Has the (applicant) been granted a certificate of registration or naturalisation?" Options are "no" and "yes". If "Yes" provide details. "No" should apply to British since birth as per guidance
I am applying for passport at the same time as naturalisation at NCS, I will not have the certificate yet, so cannot answer "Yes" and I am not British since birth, so cannot answer "No".
I think I should answer "Yes" and leave details blank.
Is that what other people have done? Else, will just wait for advice from Council.
Thanks
