Dear friends
Please help me.
I am bit nervous after seeing couple of posts with tier 1 dependant applications getting refused due to 90 day requirement.
I posted tier 1 dep application for my wife and my daughter few days back.
I was in assumption that 90 days mean last 3 months statements, which I provided.
But I did not really count the 90 days before I submitted my application.
But I just looked at the statements I supplied to Home office. I supplied March, April, May 2017 statements and the start and end transactions are as below:
March 2017 Statement
Date Transaction Paid out Balance
28 Feb 2017 --- Balance carried forward N/A XXX
01 March 2017 --- Severn trent direct debit XXX XXX
May 2017 Statement
Date Transaction Paid out Balance
30 May 2017 Council tax direct debit XXX XXX
Some of the days in my statements does not have any transactions, is that a problem?
If I count start transaction of March statement, and ending transaction date of May Statement, the number of days is coming to 91.
Is that good enough or did I do anything wrong in my calculation?
Please could you help me with my query as I just paid £5000 for above applications, and if refused then its a big blow for me.
Thanks in advance.
