Switch From Tier 2 ICT LT to Tier 2 ICT Dependent

Hi Members,
I am currently on a Tier 2 ICT LT visa valid until March - 2020.
My assignment here has been ended, and my org has asked me to return back to the home country. Although i have a valid visa, i cant stay back unless i have job from the sponsor as i understand from my orgs immigration team.

My wife is here as well on Tier 2 ICT ST visa valid until Nov - 2017 from a different org.
We are not it a position to return immediately. Need your advice on the below

1) Can i switch from my current visa to wifes dependent visa from within UK ?
2) Should my wifes org apply for dependent visa, or I can apply myself online ?
3) If i take the onus of applying myself, what documents would i need to apply as dependent ?
