In 2011 my fiancé was married to a British woman, they tied their knot (got married) in Morocco, so after the marriage he went to live with her in the U.K. But for a couple years later their relationship didn't work and they decided to divorce, so they did the divorce in Morocco.
My fiancé told me that he didn't registered his marriage in the U.K., and he never asign any kind of papers in the There... so, we really don't know does he need to divorce his ex-wife in the U.K. Too, or the Moroccan divorce is enough for the U.K. Embassy since he wants me to move with him to live in the U.K. ?
