Hi All,
I want my mother-in-law to Visit us and we have applied visit visa for her from India and it was rejected 3 times and here is the History
She was Visited UK in October 2015 and back to India on Feb 2016.
Rejection 1 : We were not aware that there should be minimum of 6 months gap between trips and with out knowing that we have applied for her visit visa in May 2016.
Rejection 2 : As it was rejected in May 2016 we have waited till September 2016 and applied in September 2016. As we have mentioned in the Invitation letter we want to visit my mother-in-law in our Baby first birthday celebrations and we have submitted payslips of me and my wife.
Here case worker rejected the application saying " as both your son-in-law and daughter are in full time employment and there is no evidence to prove that necessary child care arrangements are made and I see this would be likely a employment whether it may be paid or unpaid which is not permitted.
As we submitted 6 month bank statement the case worker said " As we have seen in the bank statement there is a high value credit on march 2016 and before that there is no much balance and I suspect about the transaction is made for Visa purpose.
Here Case worker made a mistake saying that " Your Srilankan circumstances " but we are Indian citizens and made a application from India but I wonder why he said Srilanka in rejection letter
Rejection 3 : Now after long gap in May 2017 we have applied again for her visit Visa as we worried about previous rejections we have explained about Child care arrangements for our child and also about Financial situation in India. We have submitted 1 month Bank statement having 2.5 Lakh Indian Rupees.
Now again application was rejected saying that " You have mentioned that you have equivalent to 2000 GBP in your Indian Bank account as I can calculate that as per currency exchange from Onda.com
197 Srilankan ruppees = 1 GBP
so the information which you have provided in your application is inappropriate and also you have submitted the rental agreement of your property by which you said you are receiving income. I can not verify the rental agreement as there are no contact details in the rental Agreement "
This time I'm really frustrated as caseworker not even bothered to check the application form
I wonder who he got Srilanka again as it was no ware related as my mother-in-law was Indian citizen and in the application form we have stated that we have no other nationalities and the passport itself was Indian Passport.
And there are details like address in the rental agreement but case worker saying that no contact details does he want mobile number and email id on the rental agreement which was in Indian Format?
So I want to apply again 4th Time and This time I want to be more cautious so please suggest your thoughts on this Does anybody came across so many rejections ?
