US travel on B1/B2 Visa after company Merger

Post by ILR_MN1 » Wed Jun 14, 2017 5:05 pm

Hi All,

I hold a Valid B1/B2 Visa for the US applied on my company's behalf. Now My company is merged with another company and name has slightly changed.
I will be visiting US in August for some conferences. Do I need to worry to inform anyone or to apply new Visa or should current Visa will be ok.

Many thanks,

Regards,

No. The visa is issued to you personally and not your company. It is still valid

I am not sure about this, but I think there will be now for you. But I would suggest you to consult some professional like: xxxxxxxx. In past I used their services and they are doing pretty good. if you want you can have an eye on xxxxxxxxxx review here Weblink removed by moderator

Complete waste of time and money. B1/B2 visas are issued to the passport holder. Nothing to do with any company, sponsorship is not required for a B1/B2 visa. ILR_MN1, your visa is fine and you're good to go
